When she was a wee little Pinky, she chose the viola over the violin. She will always be a violist at heart (20 years and counting), but loves her Stroh Violin and lots of other unusual stringed/bowed instruments, too.

She plays music ranging from chamber pop to Texas swing to good ol' fashioned rock'n'roll, and has been fortunate to work with some incredibly talented musicians along the way. She has toured with indie rock luminaries such as Belle and Sebastian, The Magnetic Fields, Nathan Larson (Shudder to Think), and The Hold Steady, and has been featured on labels such as Sony and Nonesuch with folks like Brad Roberts (Crash Test Dummies), Ted Mason (Modern English), and LD Beghtol. She writes her own lines, works from chord charts, plays precisely what you've composed, or any combination thereof. Please contact her.
